After ejaculation the male body is capable for repeated ejaculation only after some time. This time interval between ejaculations is called refractory, or latent, period. After taking a Viagra pill, the effect of the drug lasts for four hours, after which the concentration of drug in the blood decreases and the effect appears much less. And if you have a refractory period, for example, of 15 hours, Viagra will not have time to influence it because it will be excreted from the body much earlier. However, if the duration of the refractory period is around 5 hours, then under the influence of the medication, it can be reduced to 1-2 hours.
